Our return policy
• It should be easy to return / change product. Use the enclosed return slip attached to your shipment.
• You can return the product within 14 days of delivery without special reasons.
• The product must be in new condition.
• To avoid customs duties (outside Sweden), mark the shipment "RETURNED GOODS" clearly.
• Do you want to change to another size? Send in the return using the return slip in the package / order and let us know that it is size change, and we will send out a new one when we receive the product.
• For a refund of a return, we will pay you when we receive the physical product. Please email us before returning: [email protected] .
• Have you received the wrong product or is it damaged in any way? Contact us and we will sort out and solve this!
• If your parcel is not used by your agent, you may have to pay a handling fee for the parcel return return return to our warehouse.
• Remember that you can always contact us for questions on; [email protected]
• The return / exchange is free if you use the return slip, included in your shipment. We are responsible for the shipping out to the customer again at the exchange. Don't forget to save the receipt when you submit the package!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just email us to notify us and send the products in return within 14 days with the return slip that is in your package. If you no longer have the label - no danger! Then you can send in your return to below address:

Mark the shipment: RETURN
Remember that the package you send in return is on your responsibility, both for the return fee it costs to send this (if you do not use return slip) and the product itself. We therefore recommend that you use a delivery method that assures you of the value of the content if it should disappear on the way. If it is so that you do not use the return slip, then you should request a receipt for your submission.
Return products must be in new condition. Avoid wearing perfume / aftershave or deodorant that can leave marks or fragrance on the product when you try them at home. We will not be able to accept the return if these instructions have not been followed.
RETURN OF A PACKAGE OUTSIDE
Please mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid duties because we are not responsible for any fees that may apply.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR FAILURE PRODUCT
If the product is lost or incorrect on arrival, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to remedy this. Please specify the order number, your name and your address. Email us at: [email protected]. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailbox, but of course we want to do our utmost to help you as our customer. First try to contact Bring (Fedex about outside Sweden) and investigate where your package has taken the road.
NOT RECEIVED PACKAGE AT OFFER
Since packages not picked up at your post office must be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover the return costs.
