We send all products from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. All our products are safely and quickly sent with PostNord in Sweden and with FedEx for all other countries. We do not add any handling fees. Please note that local charges (sales tax, custom duty) may occur, depending on your country and local customs duties. These charges are at customers own expense.

Shipping processing and delivery times
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 3PM CEST, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped 1-2 working days from when an order is placed.

Delivery times with PostNord in Sweden
For Swedish residents, packages usually arrive within 1-2 working days from processed order to your local post office, for you to collect it from there. Tracking number will be sent to you by email, in your delivery confirmation from us.

Delivery times with FedEx outside Sweden
Orders sent with FedEx, please allow a minimum of 3-6 working days until delivery. Tracking number will be sent to you by email, in your order confirmation from us.

Damaged shipments
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track and trace your package and ensure you are there to receive it.
