Social Media Intern
DePalma Workwear is looking for a Social Media Intern to further strengthen the
Digital Marketing Team within the company. The position starts off as an internship and our experienced team of Managers will guide and help the intern get the best possible start to his or her career as a Social Media Expert. Our aim is that the intern will become our new Social Media Manager.
The main focus of a Social Media Intern is to continuously work with DePalma Workwears marketing through any and all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn and tie this to the company’s digital sales strategy.
The Social Media Intern is a person that is extremely knowledgeable in relationship building and the latest trends and techniques on Social Media.
Social Media Intern reports to E-Com and Digital Marketing Manager.
Main work tasks:
• Plan, source and publish content on DePalma Workwears social media channels
• Nurture relationships with our fans, customers and ambassadors
• Monitor Social Media
• Responsible for outreaches aimed to build our community of ambassador
• Analyze results of campaigns and/or content
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Who Are You?
Working with Social Media for a brand like DePalma Workwear, growing very rapidly,
a Social Media Intern must possess both strong quantitative abilities and excellent written communication skills. Excellent English skills is a must, since we communicate mostly in English. You are a hands on “doer”, yet understand the need for, and want to develop, firm marketing tactics to ensure that goals are met.
You are an open minded and easy going person, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset that understands the opportunities and limitations of a rapidly growing company, wanting to find new and smart ways of developing the business. You have a genuine interest and passion for workwear/clothing and can easily adapt and understand market metrics and have a drive and desire to find new ways in traditional industries. Prior industry or e-commerce experience is preferred.
This is an unpaid internship, perfect for a student looking for a company where they can start building their skills and resume. Preferably we would like the internship to be 12 weeks.

DePalma Workwear in 2016. They noticed a new generation of craftsmen,
ranging from carpenters to restaurant workers and mechanics, ready to
leave old ways and stereotypes behind. It was time to breathe fresh air
into a conservative market.
With decades of experience creating and developing international fashion and streetstyle brands from Sweden, the idea of bringing a bit of lifestyle into workwear sounded just about right. From their head office in Stockholm the DePalma team of professionals design, sell and market workwear for a new generation of craftsmen.
The initial thought has an answer; DePalma is remodelling the workwear industry.
