Social Media Specialist
As Social Media Specialist at DePalma Workwear you will be responsible for our presence on all social media platforms. You will develop the activity plan and secure that the plan is followed. The role also means that you will be responsible for growing, and communicating with, our base of influencers, ambassadors and customers.
The person we are looking for has excellent knowledge of social media trends and platforms and through own interest keeps that knowledge updated. You are also an expert in relationship building and comfortable in writing articles and stories for the web as this will be a part of the role.
You will have strong influence on what type of content we publish and in cooperation with the Global Brand Director make sure that our social media presence is inline with our Brand goals and guidelines. The Social Media Specialist reports to the E-Com and Digital Marketing Manager.
Main work tasks:
• Plan, source and publish content on DePalma Workwears social media channels
• Nurture relationships with our fans, customers and ambassadors
• Responsible for outreaches aimed to build our community of ambassador
• Analyze results of campaigns and/or content

You are a team player with excellent time management skills who thrives in a high pace environment. You are a hands on “doer”, yet understand the need for, and want to develop, firm marketing tactics to ensure that goals are met.
You are an open minded and easy going person, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset that understands the opportunities and limitations of a rapidly growing company, wanting to find new and smart ways of developing the business.
You need to be able to understand our target audience (Craftsmen) and how we communicate and interact with them in the most efficient way possible. And you know what type of content that is relevant and creates engagement online, while still being inline with brand values. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish.

With this initial thought Jonas Skommevik and Thomas Flinn co-founded
DePalma Workwear in 2016. They noticed a new generation of craftsmen,
ranging from carpenters to restaurant workers and mechanics, ready to
leave old ways and stereotypes behind. It was time to breathe fresh air
into a conservative market.
With decades of experience creating and developing international fashion and streetstyle brands from Sweden, the idea of bringing a bit of lifestyle into workwear sounded just about right. From their head office in Stockholm the DePalma team of professionals design, sell and market workwear for a new generation of craftsmen.
The initial thought has an answer; DePalma is remodelling the workwear industry.
